Nora Becerra is an associate in the Chicago office and represents healthcare clients in regulatory and litigation matters, including responding to governmental investigations and defending False Claims Act lawsuits. Nora has extensive litigation experience and has counseled clients across many industries, including the pharmaceutical, biometrics, manufacturing and durable medical equipment fields, and has practiced in state and district courts across the country. She has also represented clients in international arbitration proceedings and has litigated matters before the International Trade Commission.

Nora is experienced in all phases of complex litigation, including conducting internal investigations, responding to government subpoenas, pre-litigation counseling, fact and expert discovery, dispositive motion practice, trial preparation, trial, and post-trial motions. In addition to her litigation practice, Nora advises clients on healthcare regulatory matters, including those involving the Stark Law and Anti-Kickback Statute.
