John represents and advises Fortune 500 companies, private and publicly held corporations, manufacturers, individual executives, and numerous other technology, financial services, healthcare, investment banking, private equity, insurance, media, energy, food, travel, hospitality, and public sector clients.

John counsels clients on both coasts and throughout the globe in business disputes, labor and employment issues, regulatory challenges, contract drafting and negotiation, and matters involving intellectual property, trade secrets, securities transactions, breaches of contract, corporate governance, insurance coverage, internal investigations, unfair competition, shareholder rights, bad faith, and consumer protection. John devotes a major percentage of his practice to litigating and advising clients on issues relating to employee mobility and trade secret protection.
