Paige M. Papandrea

Professional Biography

Paige Papandrea is an associate in Foley & Lardner LLP’s Technology Transactions & Outsourcing and Cybersecurity Practices. She also is accredited by the International Association of Privacy Professionals (IAPP) as a Certified Information Privacy Professional in United States privacy law (CIPP/US).

Paige began her career with Foley as a summer associate in 2018 and returned as a summer associate in 2019. While in law school, Paige was a research assistant to Professor William McGeveran and aided in his work for the Uniform Law Commission's Collection and Use of Personally Identifiable Data Drafting Committee. Her other research focused on the GDPR’s and CCPA’s influence on recent state data privacy legislation and laws applicable to the Minnesota Precision Medicine Collaborative’s pharmacogenomics project. She also co-taught Legal Research and Writing to first-year law students alongside the head of the University of Minnesota Law School’s Legal Writing Department, Professor Christopher Soper, during her second and third year of law school.
