Patrick B. Healy

For over a decade Patrick has devoted his practice to the defense of businesses and individuals involved in complex civil litigation, often involving allegations of catastrophic injury. Patrick has had the honor and privilege of representing a wide array of entities, including: international manufacturing companies; physicians and health care providers; transportation companies, including a nationally recognized ride-sharing platform; and insurance companies. With bar admissions in Ohio, Kentucky, and Indiana state courts and the federal district courts in each of those three states, Patrick is well-positioned in Roetzel’s Cincinnati office to represent clients throughout the Tri-State area.

  • Patrick has served as first and second chair attorney at jury trials in multiple venues through Ohio, Kentucky, and Indiana. Among his strongest attributes is a willingness to take a difficult case to trial and aggressively advocate for his clients’ interests before a jury.

  • During one five-month stretch before his 30th birthday, Patrick tried three separate jury trials in Kentucky, obtaining a defense verdict in each.

  • Most recently, Patrick and a former colleague obtained a favorable verdict in a complex product liability claim with a final demand from the plaintiff in excess of $10 million.
