Paul Squire brings more than 30 years of health law experience in handling legal matters, including transactional, compliance, contractual, corporate, regulatory, governance and health care information technology issues. He has extensive experience representing health care provider entities in mergers, acquisitions, joint ventures, corporate financings and other transactions, as well as insurance regulatory, Medicare, Medicaid and managed care issues. 

He represents a wide range of health care entities such as:

• Group medical practices

• Ambulatory surgery centers

• Birthing centers

• Diagnostic and treatment centers

• Health care information technology companies

• Telemedicine and telehealth providers

• MSOs and managed care companies

Paul also has extensive experience advising clients concerning healthcare information technology, telemedicine and telehealth issues.

Prior to joining Polsinelli, Paul spent four years as the General Counsel of the largest telemedicine company in the nation. He also spent four years as an Associate General Counsel at the largest managed care company in the United States.
