Rabia is a passionate employment law associate in the Sacramento office of Ogletree Deakins. Her practice is focused on employment litigation, with a particular focus on wage and hour class and collective actions involving meal break, rest break, misclassification, overtime, and off the clock work.
In addition, Rabia provides proactive representation in a range of discrimination cases. Rabia has worked across a large variety of industries including transportation, staffing, retail, food service, and hospitality.
Prior to joining Ogletree Deakins, Rabia worked in both a local mid-size Sacramento firm, as well as a large, international labor and employment law firm.
