Raminta Dereskeviciute

Raminta Dereskeviciute is a special counsel in the European Regulatory group who splits her time between the firm’s London and Brussels offices. She is a dually qualified solicitor (in Lithuania and the UK) with significant experience in EU regulatory affairs and is well positioned to advise clients on the effect that the UK’s decision to leave the EU will have in relation to a range of regulatory compliance issues.

Ms. Dereskeviciute represents a diverse array of EU and multinational clients, including industry associations and environmental organisations in matters relating to substantial regulatory reforms in the EU, counsels clients on risks associated with EU embargoes and sanctions programs and routinely advises manufacturers and importers on the compliance of goods placed on the EU market.
