Rebecca Benhuri is an Associate in the San Francisco, California, office of Jackson Lewis P.C. She joined the firm in August of 2007 and represents employers in a wide variety of employment matters including harassment, discrimination, family and medical leave, unfair business practices, and wage and hour.

Ms. Benhuri has extensive civil litigation experience including significant law and motion practice. She has successfully drafted and argued motions for summary judgment, demurrers, and motions to compel arbitration. She also represents clients in administrative matters including appearing before the California Labor Commissioner, the Workers’ Compensation Appeals Board, the Department of Fair Employment and Housing, and the Equal Employment Opportunity Commission. She also provides advice and training to employers, including sexual harassment training.
