As part of the Fiduciary Solutions Group, Ms. Schroer represents corporate fiduciaries, individual fiduciaries, heirs, beneficiaries, and creditors in the resolution of probate and trust-related disputes through negotiation, mediation, and litigation. This primarily includes disputes involving fiduciary misconduct, spousal rights, interpretation of wills and trusts, distributions to beneficiaries, will contests, fiduciary compensation, and disputes in which fraud, undue influence, and lack of capacity are at issue.
