Rebecca Hsu is an associate in the Health Care Litigation practice in Polsinelli’s Atlanta office. Rebecca provides strategic advice and comprehensive representation to hospitals, health systems, and other health care providers. Her experience includes assisting on matters involving government and private payor disputes and advising under statutory and regulatory health care frameworks. Specifically, Rebecca represents clients on matters involving Medicare and Medicaid, commercial reimbursement, and federal and state fraud and abuse laws.

During law school, Rebecca served as a judicial intern for the State Court of Fulton County.
