Richard C. Belli is a Shareholder and member of the Workers’ Compensation Group of Stark & Stark. Mr. Belli focuses in representing injured workers from a variety of backgrounds throughout the state, including those who have suffered significant spinal injuries, totally disabled individuals, and workers injured as the result of the negligence of a third party.
As a South Jersey native, Mr. Belli has been exclusively practicing workers’ compensation and representing injured workers in the State of New Jersey for over twenty years. He has personally handled all aspects of compensation claims, from the initial client interview to the final resolution through negotiation, trial, or appeal.
