Richard A. Wulff is a technologist and a lawyer who has spent his legal career in-house as well as in law firms. He represents clients in both transactional and litigation matters, including preparing and prosecuting patent applications over a broad range of technologies, rendering invalidity and non-infringement opinions, and working with teams of litigators on lawsuits having technology-related issues (both patent and non-patent).

Prior to joining Drinker Biddle, Rich was an in-house lawyer at Motorola Mobility, where he managed patent litigation in the U.S., UK, and Germany, including discovery, motion practice, claim construction, expert witness selection and preparation, and witness interviews.
