RiKaleigh Johnson is an associate in the K&L Gates' Chicago office and she is a member of the IP Procurement and Portfolio Management practice group. In practice, RiKaleigh focuses on advising clients on the policing, prosecution, and enforcement of trademarks. RiKaleigh has worked with clients in multiple industries including fashion and beauty. In addition to counseling, RiKaleigh has experience litigating cases in federal court and before the Trademark Trial and Appeal Board.

Prior to joining the firm, RiKaleigh served as an associate in a Chicago based law firm where she focused on trademark and counterfeiting litigation. Her experience includes advising clients on policing web based counterfeiters, drafting briefs, and conducting research related to trademark lawsuits. In addition, RiKaleigh has experience advising clients as it relates to trademark prosecution, policing, and clearance.
