Robert Lamb is Counsel at Polsinelli's Salt Lake City office. He focuses his practice on representing and counseling businesses at all stages of growth and development. Robert has represented clients and participated in transactions involving some of the most well-known brands, and innovative concepts and technologies in the world.
As a finance attorney, Robert has recently adapted to clients’ demands and needs in the Fintech and Blockchain space. He is very knowledgeable in matters relating to Decentralized Finance, and lending his well established experience in Offshore Formation and entity strategy to Blockchain investment. Already well versed in Anti-Money Laundering (AML) Compliance, Know-Your-Customer (KYC), and Foreign (offshore) Regulatory Adaptation, Robert is applying these skill sets and knowledge base to the benefit our Decentralized Finance and Blockchain clients.
