Mr. Cabrera, a senior associate of the Firm, practices in the Litigation Practice Area.  He is an experienced and proven litigator, with an extensive state and federal practice. His expertise includes claims involving defective construction, negligent EIFS application, mold damage, fire damage, wrongful termination, breach of contract, deceptive trade practices, breach of warranty, fraud and negligence. Additionally, he has practiced in areas involving automobile accidents, injuries in nursing homes, product liability matters, medical malpractice, and incidents involving public bodies and municipalities. Mr. Cabrera is a former Assistant District Attorney for the Orleans District Attorney's Office in New Orleans, Louisiana where he handled both misdemeanor and felony trials with a high success rate. He received an Environmental Law Certificate from Tulane Law School due to clinical work and course emphasis.
