Sam Adriance assists clients with financial regulatory and data protection issues, including financial privacy, consumer financial services, safety and soundness, and anti-money laundering. He assists banks, fintech companies, payment processors, credit reporting agencies, and other non-bank financial institutions both in a wide variety of regulatory matters and high-stakes government investigations brought by the DOJ, CFPB, FTC, and prudential banking regulators.Sam Adriance focuses on issues related to financial regulation, data privacy, and cybersecurity. He advises clients on a range of regulatory issues, including compliance with the Fair Credit Reporting Act, the Gramm-Leach-Bliley Act, and other federal and state consumer protection laws.
Mr. Adriance is a member of the Maryland bar. He is currently not admitted in the District of Columbia, but is supervised by principals of the firm.
