Samantha E. Dunton-Gallagher

Samantha Dunton-Gallagher represents employers in cases that involve, among other things, alleged wrongful termination, harassment, discrimination, wage and hour violations and unfair business practices. Samantha regularly interacts with state and federal agencies, such as the U.S. Department of Labor and the Equal Employment Opportunity Commission (EEOC), defending client’s interests at every stage of the complaint/charge process including investigations, audits and administrative hearings. She also has experience in all aspects of the dispute resolution process, including trials, motions, depositions, and mediations.
