Sarah A. Decker is special projects counsel in the firm’s Pittsburgh office. She is a member of the Complex Commercial Litigation and Disputes practice group. Sarah is an experienced litigator with combined eight years of civil and criminal practice, including litigation of complex commercial matters, product liability claims, intellectual property disputes, tort cases, and insurance coverage suits in state and federal courts across the country. Sarah has significant experience conducting internal investigations for large international clients in matters involving complex financial reporting, data breaches, bribery, and fraud. Sarah also has international arbitration experience, having appeared before the American Arbitration Association International Centre for Dispute Resolution. She has substantial e-discovery experience managing large-scale document reviews and productions.
