Sarah N. Null is a senior counsel and business lawyer with Foley & Lardner LLP. She is a member of the firm’s Finance & Financial Institutions Practice and the Environmental, Social, and Corporate Governance (ESG) Team. Ms. Null focuses her practice on the representation of public and private corporate borrowers, private equity funds, and financial institutions in a wide range of financing transactions, including acquisition financings, cross-border transactions, syndicated and bilateral financings, asset-based and cash flow transactions, secured and unsecured credit facilities, and first and second lien transactions.
