Prior to joining ArentFox Schiff, Scott worked as a Law Clerk at a boutique firm in Washington, D.C. that specializes in affordable housing transactions and served in multiple roles in the Office of General Counsel at the U.S. Department of Housing and Urban Development. He also worked as a research assistant for Dean William M. Treanor, conducting research into the history and evolution of judicial review.
