Serena Hamann is an associate at the firm’s Seattle office. She is a member of the corporate M&A practice group. Prior to joining the firm, Ms. Hamann served as a legal affairs intern for the U.S. Mission to the United Nations in Geneva, where she attended and drafted readouts related to the meetings of intergovernmental organizations at the U.N., and summarized complaints and reports submitted to U.N. human rights bodies. Additionally, Ms. Hamann investigated and produced research memo outlines related to specific areas of developing international human rights, humanitarian, and administrative law.
