Shae Armstrong represents clients in a wide range of industries, including real estate, healthcare, retail, manufacturing, and hospitality. His practice includes representing lenders and borrowers in bilateral and syndicated financings involving unsecured and secured first lien and subordinated debt transactions. He has closed financial transactions involving commercial, asset-based, and real estate lending, and he has represented sponsors and real estate developers in over $1 billion in EB-5 involved financings. His practice also involves advising private funds and investment companies in connection with fund structuring, advertising, private placement procedures, compliance policies and procedures, side letters, placement contracts, and related agreements.

Shae has advised U.S. House and Senate offices, committees of the U.S. Congress, and policy and industry trade groups on alternative and international investment and lending matters. He was a contributing author to the textbook The EB-5 Book, published by ILW, and he is a frequent lecturer on a variety of topics before bar associations and professional organizations.
