Shawn T. Cobb is an environmental litigation partner in the firm’s San Diego office and is a member of the firm’s Land Use, Environmental and Natural Resources Group. Shawn’s practice includes defending clients on a variety of environmental and land use regulatory issues, such as government environmental investigations and enforcement actions, environmental citizen suits, contaminated site claims, development agreement and construction agreement disputes, and product liability matters, among others. Shawn’s clients are in industries spanning the real estate, clean energy, aerospace and defense, manufacturing, and financial services sectors.
