Both as a corporate associate and a certified public accountant, Sophi Gorman advises and represents corporate entities throughout their business and transactional pursuits.

Sophi’s client-centered approach and attention to detail make her a valued legal adviser. She works with clients on a wide range of transactional and corporate matters, and keeps in mind the needs of each deal participant.

Prior to joining Barnes & Thornburg full-time, Sophi was a law clerk and summer associate with the firm. She also gained experience as a legal intern with a health services and innovation company and with the Hennepin County Public Defender’s Office.

Before her legal career, Sophi worked at a Big Four accounting firm executing the financial statement audits for several public companies.
