Spencer Hamer

Spencer Hamer focuses his practice on labor and employment matters including wage and hour, discrimination, harassment, executive agreements, leaves of absence, disability, retaliation, unfair competition, trade secrets, wrongful termination, privacy rights, and the National Labor Relations Act.

Mr. Hamer has successfully represented employers in numerous cases in state and federal court. In addition, his practice involves management training, compliance audits, employment policies and procedures, workplace investigations, and risk management strategies.
