Stephanie Trobradovic has extensive experience with complex and catastrophic claims involving uninsured motorists, and automobile and trucking accidents, premises liability and other general liability claims. She handles cases involving premises liability, wrongful death, negligent security and motor vehicle accident liability. 

Prior to joining Wilson Elser, Stephanie represented insurance companies in negligence claims involving personal injury and in first-party property disputes. 

Earlier in her career, Stephanie worked at the State Attorney’s Office, Ninth Judicial Circuit as a Felony Domestic Violence and General Felony Prosecutor, represented the State of Florida in a variety of trials (10+ first chair, 20+ combined first and second chair) ranging from criminal traffic offenses to sexual battery charges punishable by life in prison, as well as domestic violence and attempted first-degree murder cases. She has handled jury selection, opening and closing arguments, witness testimony, cross examination and a variety of evidentiary arguments.
