Over the past four years Steve has rapidly developed considerable expertise in class action litigation. He has been named lead counsel or has had a substantial leadership position in a series of nationally significant product defect and consumer fraud cases. In addition, Steve served as an Assistant United States Attorney for the District of Columbia. As a federal prosecutor, he was trial counsel in over 25 jury trials in the Federal District Court and Superior Court for the District of Columbia.
