Stevin represents public and private clients in industries such as private equity, new media and technology. His practice focuses on a variety of corporate matters and transactions, including mergers and acquisitions, reorganizations and restructurings and corporate governance and counsel, involving clients ranging from startups to multinational corporations. Stevin also assists clients with business entity formation matters, due diligence and general corporate law matters.
