Mr. Bagshaw is an associate in the firm’s Salt Lake City office and focuses his practice in the area of environmental compliance and permitting, contaminated properties, air quality, and natural resources litigation.

Prior to joining Holland & Hart, Mr. Bagshaw served as judicial clerk to the Honorable J. Frederic Voros, Jr. of the Utah Court of Appeals.
