TJ Bright is an partner in the firm’s Boston office. He is a member of the Asset Management and Investment Funds practice group.

TJ focuses his practice on counseling investment advisers and domestic and offshore private investment vehicles on various legal and regulatory issues, including fund structuring, advertising, private placement procedures, compliance policies and procedures, side letters, and a host of other issues. 

TJ also counsels institutional investors, including university endowments, foundations, government entities, sovereign wealth funds, family offices, and consultants on their private markets investments, including lead and minority co-investments, secondary investments, and continuation vehicles, as well as primary investments in leading private equity, venture, real estate, debt, and hedge funds.
