Tomasz Pacholec is an Associate in the Berkeley Heights, New Jersey, office of Jackson Lewis P.C. His practice focuses on representing employers in workplace law matters, including preventative advice and counseling.

Prior to joining Jackson Lewis, Mr. Pacholec served as an Assistant Corporation Counsel in the Labor and Employment law division of the New York City Law Department.  As an Assistant Corporation Counsel, Mr. Pacholec defended the City of New York, its agencies, and employees in labor and employment law matters in both federal and state court.  After law school, Mr. Pacholec served as the law clerk for the Honorable Lisa A. Firko, J.S.C.  

While attending law school, Mr. Pacholec served as a judicial intern for the Honorable Justice Barry T. Albin of the New Jersey Supreme Court.
