Tori Levine is a trial attorney with an innate ability to balance courtroom ingenuity with the practical needs of business clients in a variety of scenarios. She has significant experience in product liability, mass tort, insurance defense and commercial litigation matters that have arisen in Texas, Arkansas, Oklahoma and other states.
In her product liability practice, Tori has defended manufacturers, suppliers and distributors of a wide variety of products, component parts and raw materials. She also has dealt with toxic tort cases involving asbestos, pharmaceuticals, pesticides and other chemicals and substances. For some clients, Tori serves as national counsel, managing all of their product liability litigation on a nationwide basis. For other clients, she serves as a member of their national product liability trial team, handling expert witness selection, preparation and coordination. Tori’s participation in high-exposure product liability cases also has provided her with the skills necessary to direct crisis communications for various businesses.
Tori has a growing practice focused on the defense of E&O claims as well as cyber liability and employment liability claims related to the theft of electronic information. Recognizing the impact of technology on the law and on her clients’ business operations, Tori is well trained and well versed in forensic examination. She brings a solid understanding of the technical aspects of e-discovery that is valuable to her clients not only in bridging the communication gap between their legal and information technology staffs, but also in deposing and cross-examining technical witnesses
