Tyler A. Brown is a principal and litigation office manager in the San Francisco, California office of Jackson Lewis P.C. He has served on the firm's Board of Directors and as the office managing principal of several offices around the country. Tyler brings his “real world” management experience to bear in counseling employers on a wide variety of workplace matters.

Tyler has particular experience with helping employers with challenging employees and disability and leave management. Where litigation cannot be avoided, Tyler defends and tries cases for employers before state and federal administrative agencies and courts. Tyler is a frequent speaker to employer groups on such topics as handling employment litigation efficiently, avoiding discrimination and harassment complaints and coordinating leaves under the Americans with Disabilities Act and Family and Medical Leave Act.

Tyler has been practicing employment law with Jackson Lewis since 1994, and overall since 1987.
