Tyra advises communications and technology companies on regulatory compliance and communications policy as well as transactional and litigation matters. As a part of her practice, she advocates on behalf of service providers participating in Federal Communications Commission (FCC) administered Universal Service Fund (USF) programs, such as Lifeline, E-Rate, and the Affordable Connectivity Program (ACP). She  also helps clients ensure compliance with federal and state laws governing telemarketing, privacy, and data security.
