Valeria Giorgetti is an associate in the firm's Milan office and is a member of the Complex Commercial Litigation and Disputes practice group.

Prior to joining the firm, Valeria was an associate at the Milan office of a primary international law firm.

She has extensive experience in complex litigation proceedings concerning commercial and corporate matters.

She provides legal support, with a specific focus on regulatory compliance, to international clients operating in various industries, including manufacturing, information technology, logistics and transport.

She also advises on consumer protection, e-commerce and distribution laws. 

Valeria has also gained experience in art law, advising auction houses and private collectors in disputes resolution and negotiations of sale contracts.
