Victoria Silva represents companies and insurance carriers in the areas of toxic tort, product liability, premises liability and general liability matters. Victoria has defended manufacturers, suppliers and premises owners at the state level in New Jersey and New York, and successfully obtained numerous dismissals, nominal settlements and favorable results for these clients. Victoria has managed and assisted in the resolution of various asbestos claims, and has handled a vigorous case load from inception to jury trial in general liability matters. 

Prior to joining Wilson Elser, Victoria practiced at a mid-sized New Jersey law firm where she focused her practice on the defense of toxic tort, general liability and insurance coverage matters.
