William M. McErlean is a partner in the Chicago office of Barnes & Thornburg LLP. He is the administrator of the Chicago Litigation Department and the Finance, Insolvency and Restructuring Department, and is a member of the firm’s Management Committee. Mr. McErlean’s practice is concentrated on commercial litigation.
