Woli Urbe is an associate in the Intellectual Property & Technology Practice Group, where he represents clients across a broad range of industries in patent litigation, patent prosecution, trademark and copyright matters.

Woli has intensive intellectual property (IP) litigation experience before US district courts and the US Patent and Trademark Office. His experience includes patent, trademark and copyright infringement; unfair competition; Walker Process antitrust claims; trademark cancellation and opposition proceedings; and inter partes reviews.

Woli also has considerable non-litigation experience, including counseling clients on IP matters, and preparing and prosecuting patent applications related to computer, software and electrical technologies. In addition, he has industry experience working as an engineer for a test and measurement company and assisting customers with utilizing power supplies to test cell phones, solar inverters and various consumer electronics.
