Xin Ya Tan is an associate at the firm’s Singapore office. She is a member of the commercial disputes practice group.

Prior to joining the firm, Ms. Tan served as general counsel at a boutique investment firm in London where she advised on trademark registrations, implemented a system to monitor the company’s trademark portfolio, and worked with external counsels on a construction dispute.
