Yaadani Hufnagel focuses her practice on acquisition finance and real estate finance transactions, restructurings, derivatives, regulatory matters, and capital market transactions. Her clients include banks, financial service institutions, investment companies, stock and derivatives exchanges, and other companies. During her legal traineeship, Yaadani was seconded to the commercial litigation practice in Morgan Lewis's San Francisco office. She is fluent in German and English.
