Zachary Breidenbach is an Associate in Stark & Stark’s Bankruptcy & Creditors’ Rights Group and Commercial Litigation Group. Mr. Breidenbach concentrates his practice in the area of commercial foreclosures, loan workouts, bankruptcy and real estate litigation.

Prior to joining Stark & Stark, Zachary served as an attorney for a well-known Pennsylvania law practice where he assisted clients with foreclosure matters, debt settlement/negotiation, and bankruptcy issues. He was part of the team of attorneys who researched, briefed, strategized, and argued a multi-year, multi-party fraudulent transfer adversary proceeding in bankruptcy court resulting in a successful settlement favorable to his clients.
