In 2018, Capgemini SE, a French multinational corporation providing consulting, professional, technology and outsourcing services announced that it had entered into an agreement to acquire Leidos Cyber, the “commercial cybersecurity arm” of the US company Leidos Holdings Inc. (NYSE:LDOS).
