Eric Witt has substantial experience representing businesses in employment litigation matters. He has successfully represented businesses defending against a wide range of allegations in the workplace, including harassment, discrimination, retaliation and wrongful termination, as well as wage and hour claims brought on a class or representative basis under federal and state law, including the California Private Attorneys General Act (PAGA).

Eric represents clients before state and federal administrative agencies, including the Department of Labor, Equal Employment Opportunity Commission and California Department of Fair Employment and Housing, and obtained favorable resolutions of claims either brought by or investigated by the agencies. Eric also leads and supports employers through complex workplace investigations.

Eric also regularly advises employers on compliance with laws governing the employment relationship and resolution of personnel issues.
