Lamden authored "Determining the Number of Occurrences in Illinois: Ware Do We Go From Here?," which discusses the manner in which Illinois courts determine how many "per-occurrence" limits or deductibles apply to an insurance claim that involves multiple instances of bodily injury or property damage.  The article also discusses the most recent Illinois decision to address this issue, Ware et al. v.
