Here are the most recent health care related regulatory developments as published in the New Jersey Register on March 5, 2018:

  • On March 5, 2018 at 50 NJR 933, the State Board of Psychological Examiners published notice of its proposed amendments to its rules governing the evaluation of degrees for individuals who complete their education outside of the United States.

  • On March 5, 2018 at 50 NJR 934, the Division of Consumer Affairs published notice of its proposed amendments to the rules governing the Prescription Drug Monitoring program. The proposal adds certain mental health professionals as individuals who can report information to, as well as receive information from, the Prescription Drug Monitoring Program.

  • On March 5, 2018 at 50 NJR 984, the Department of Health published notice of its readoption of the rules regarding certificates of domestic partnership.

  • On March 5, 2018 at 50 NJR 984, the Department of Health published notice of its readoption of the rules governing the Newborn Biochemical Screening Program.

  • On March 5, 2018 at 50 NJR 985, the Department of Banking & Insurance published notice of its readoption of its rules setting forth the Health Care Quality Act’s application to insurance companies, health service corporations, hospital service corporations and medical service corporations.
