- On May 5, 2014 at 46 N.J.R. 739 and also at 46 N.J.R. 741, the Department of Human Services published notice of its proposed re-adoption of rules governing the Senior Gold Prescription Program.
- On May 5, 2014 at 46 N.J.R. 791, the Department of Human Services published notice of its adoption of new rules governing the implementation of the Medicaid Accountable Care Organization Demonstration Project.
- On May 5, 2014 at 46 N.J.R. 808, the Department of Banking and Insurance published notice of its adoption of new rules governing the requirement that all hospitals and licensed physicians post a notice in all patient waiting rooms providing information about, and how to apply for, the Independent Health Care Appeals Program.
