Mississippi Gaming Commission Meeting Report - January 19 Meeting

The Mississippi Gaming Commission held its regular monthly meeting on Thursday, January 19, 2023, at 9:00 a.m. at the Jackson office. Executive Director Jay McDaniel and Commissioner Franc Lee were in attendance in person and Commissioner Tom Gresham participated virtually. The following matters were considered:

LICENSING

The Commission approved the issuance of licenses to the following:

  • Gaming Partners International USA, Inc., as a Manufacturer and Distributor

  • Gaming Laboratories International, LLC., as an Independent Testing Laboratory

FINDINGS OF SUITABILITY

The Commission approved findings of suitability for the following persons or entities:

  • Robert Martin Lavan – Premier Entertainment Biloxi LLC and Premier Entertainment Vicksburg, LLC 

  • John Nicholas Ferrucci – Silver Slipper Venture, LLC

  • Graeme John Campbell – Ainsworth Game Technology Limited and Ainsworth Game Technology, Inc.

  • Max Michael Fisher – MGM Resorts Mississippi, LLC d/b/a Gold Strike Casino Resort

  • Stephen William Morro – LNW Gaming, Inc.
