Mississippi Gaming Commission Meeting Report July 21, 2022

The Mississippi Gaming Commission held its regular monthly meeting on Thursday, July 21, 2022, at 9:00 a.m. at the Jackson office. Executive Director Jay McDaniel and Chairman Al Hopkins were in attendance and Commissioners Franc Lee and Tom Gresham both participated by phone. The following matters were considered:

LICENSING

The Commission approved the issuance of licenses to the following:

  • Betfair Interactive US LLC, as a Manufacturer and Distributor 

FINDINGS OF SUITABILITY

The Commission approved findings of suitability for the following persons or entities:

  • Alexander Lancaster Ambrose – NYX Digital Gaming USA, LLC

  • Michael Joseph Regan – SG Gaming, Inc. 

  • John Anthony Dominelli – NRT Technology Corp. 

  • Arlene Kay Steele – BSLO, LLC and BTN, LLC 

  • Elaine Louise Guidroz – Silver Slipper Casino Venture LLC

  • Vincent Louis Sadusky – IGT

  • Virginia Leigh Lowell – IOC-Lula, Inc. and Robinson Property Group LLC
