Mississippi Gaming Commission Meeting Report October 21 Meeting

The Mississippi Gaming Commission held its regular monthly meeting on Thursday, October 21, 2021, at 9:00 a.m. at the Jackson office. Executive Director Jay McDaniel, Chairman Al Hopkins, and Commissioners Franc Lee and Tom Gresham all participated. The following matters were considered:

LICENSING

The Commission approved the issuance of licenses to the following:

  • Acres Manufacturing Company, as a Manufacturer and Distributor

  • Crown MS Gaming Inc., as a Manufacturer and Distributor 

  • Natchez Casino OpCo, LLC d/b/a Magnolia Bluffs Casino, as an Operator 

  • NYX Digital Gaming (USA) LLC, as a Manufacturer and Distributor 

  • Sports Information Services Limited, as a Manufacturer and Distributor 

FINDINGS OF SUITABILITY

The Commission approved findings of suitability for the following persons or entities:

  • John Francis Acres – Acres Manufacturing Company 

  • Felicia Rae Hendrix – BSLO, LLC/Hollywood Casino Gulf Coast, BTN, LLC/Boomtown Casino Biloxi, HWCC-Tunica, LLC/Hollywood Casino-Tunia, RIH Acquisitions MS II, LLC/1st Jackpot Casino, PNK Vicksburg, LLC/Ameristar Casino Vicksburg and Penn Sports Interactive, LLC

  • Kate Claire Lowenhar-Fisher – Everi Payments Inc. and Everi Games Inc.

  • Jonathan Walker Jones – Grand Casinos of Biloxi, LLC/Harrah’s Gulf Coast

    • Registration of DraftKings Inc. as a Holding Company of Crown MS Gaming Inc. and SBTech Malta Limited

  • Natchez Casino OpCo, LLC d/b/a Magnolia Bluffs Casino

    • Registration of Each of Natchez Riverside Entertainment, LP and R&R Capital Funding, LLC as a Holding Company of Natchez Casino OpCo, LLC

    • Finding of Suitability of Premier Gaming Group, Inc. as a Greater than 5% Equity Owner of Natchez Casino OpCo, LLC

  • Sports Information Services Limited 

    • Continuous Approval of Public Offerings and /or Private Placements

    • Pledges of Interests and Securities

    • Imposition of Equity Restrictions including Negative Equity Pledges
