Mississippi Gaming Commission Meeting Report September 16 2021

 September 16 Meeting

The Mississippi Gaming Commission held its regular monthly meeting on Thursday, September 16, 2021, at 9:00 a.m. at the Jackson office and via Zoom. Executive Director Jay McDaniel, Chairman Al Hopkins and Commissioners Franc Lee and Tom Gresham all participated.  The following matters were considered:

LICENSING

The Commission approved the issuance of licenses to the following:

  • Everi Payments Inc., as a Manufacturer and Distributor

  • Everi Games Inc., as a Manufacturer and Distributor 

  • PT Mississippi Services (Delaware) LLC, as a Manufacturer and Distributor 

  • Foundation Gaming & Entertainment, LLC, as a Manufacturer and Distributor 

  • Casino Vicksburg, LLC, as an Operator 

FINDINGS OF SUITABILITY

The Commission approved findings of suitability for the following persons or entities:

  • Andrew James Smith – PT Mississippi Services Delaware LLC 

  • Morgan Weizer – PT Mississippi Services Delaware LLC 

  • Travis John Foley – BMM North America, Inc 

  • James Ronald Odell – SG Gaming, Inc. and NYX Digital Gaming (USA) LLC 

  • Andrew Emilio Giancamilli – Betfair Interactive US LLC 

  • Tilman Joseph Fertitta – Riverboat Corporation of Mississippi

  • Paige Farwell Fertitta – Riverboat Corporation of Mississippi

  • Richard Holden Liem – Riverboat Corporation of Mississippi

  • Florida Merger Sub, LLC to Merge with Fertitta Entertainment, Inc.
